Job Summary

ConeTec Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
    • Network and partner with other leaders at the parent company levels.
  • Financial Strategy and Planning
    • Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
    • Develop and maintain financial performance measures and assess organizational performance against the annual budget and the company's medium-term and long-term strategies.
    • Manage and maintain the company's healthy financial position.
  • Finance Management
    • Oversee and lead the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
    • Sponsor and develop financial and risk management plans, strategies, and forecasts.
    • Oversee the production, preparation, and reporting of accurate and timely financial and management information.
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Oversee the finance and accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting processes, systems, and functions.
    • Develop, manage, mentor, and serve the finance and accounting team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management/Administration required.
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent is a strong asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership, finance, and accounting experience required.
