Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team at SR Construction and Renovations. As a Bookkeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks, overseeing the analysis of data and information, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with payroll administration and ensure timely payment of employees
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
