Job Title: Web Designer

Global Media Communications is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and design
  • Source and select information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, database, animation, and other software
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our high standards
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
  • Coordinate sub-contracting as needed
