About the Role

We are seeking an Electronics Engineering Technologist to join our team at Dexterra On Demand. As an Electronics Engineering Technologist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the building and testing of prototypes to ensure they meet specifications
  • Assist in the design and development of electronic systems and components
  • Conduct safety training programs for employees
  • Calibrate electronic equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field
  • Dental plan and health care plan available
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
