  • Lead the Senior Management Team and administrative divisions to deliver high-quality programs and services.

  • Ensure the Institute's financial, technical, and human resources are allocated effectively to support its mandates.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the Institute's operations are efficient and effective.

  • Post-secondary degree in Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related studies.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in senior management or executive leadership role; ideally in a non-profit, post-secondary, or Indigenous organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of Métis history, culture, and issues affecting Métis people.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Métis Nation of Alberta and/or Otipemisiwak Métis Government, Métis governing structures, and their objectives.
