Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Prepare and portion food items, including vegetables, fruits, and meats, for cooking and serving.
  • Stock and maintain inventory of food, cleaning supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, heating, and finishing dishes.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
Work Environment

The kitchen environment can be physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
