Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.

- Support for Youth: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth, and provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
