We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Océan Remorquage. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment maintenance and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist mechanics in performing maintenance tasks at various sites, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Transport, classify, and store equipment properly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the mobilization of equipment to different Océan Remorquage operations sites.
  • Identify and report equipment repairs required on site.
  • Receive and store equipment, parts, and materials according to established procedures.
  • Organize safe work areas for operations and ensure proper inspection of lifting and handling equipment.
  • Participate in and support the activities of our Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification (asset)
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Availability to travel to different work sites
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
  • Language: intermediate level in French
