Procurement Manager, Non-Commercial Indirect

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of goods and services for our Business Services & Technology categories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the procurement of goods and services for Business Services & Technology categories, totaling C$100 MM annually.
- Develop and implement category strategies, including pricing and consumption cost savings opportunities.
- Negotiate payment term improvements with suppliers and reduce inventory for goods.
- Manage supplier relationships, including developing supplier performance metrics and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global procurement teams to identify and leverage procurement initiatives.
- Champion the ABInBev sourcing strategies and support the use of standard procurement practices and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative relationship between the Procurement organization and key stakeholders of other business units.
- University degree in business, finance, or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with accounting or budget experience desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience with data analysis tools desirable.
- Excellent negotiating skills and communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple customer groups, stakeholders, and a cross-functional team environment.
