Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Freshii. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
- 40 hours per week.
- Anglais.
