Tyler Technologies is searching for a talented **Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of key database components, crafting efficient and optimized PL/SQL programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and analytical reports within our product suite.
  • Analyze requirements, design, and implement secure, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and established architectural guidelines.
  • Create comprehensive test cases, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure the quality and functionality of your code.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA professionals in an Agile development process.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one year of software development experience, including object-oriented design and programming principles.
  • 3-5 years of proven expertise in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL development, with a strong understanding of database performance optimization. Equivalent experience with T-SQL is also valuable.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL Collections, Bulk Operations, Analytical Functions, and other 12c functionalities is highly desirable.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Oracle Reports Builder or Oracle BI Publisher, along with SQL scripting. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
  • Exposure to C#, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, and working with JSON and XML data payloads is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
