Agro Procurement Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agro Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Central Alberta Co-op. As a key member of our Agro Division, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products and services, sales planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and purchasing of products and services to maximize supplier programs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with the Agro Division manager to implement strategic marketing initiatives and create a long-term vision for the division.
  • Weekly review of margins on products and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Monthly review and reconciliation of data reporting for the division.
  • Tronia program enhancements and onboarding for new team members.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-9 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of Excel.
