Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to our business unit in the area of data analytics, software support, and electronic work packages for various nuclear projects. This support includes ongoing risk analysis and reporting in the areas of safety, quality, production, and cost.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, manage, and interpret data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Develop and implement databases to support business units.
- Apply statistical analysis and process analysis techniques to drive business solutions.
- Support projects and divisions in identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Develop reports, procedures, and processes as required.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and project teams.
- Liaise with vendors for software development, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and roll out training to the rest of the nuclear division on new software and technologies.
- Gain expertise and act as a subject matter expert in one or two commonly used software in the nuclear division.
- Understanding of business intelligence platforms and supporting platforms (preferably with Microsoft product knowledge).
- Fundamental knowledge in gateway applications as it pertains to business intelligence platforms and supporting platforms.
- Post-secondary school education in a Data Analytics or Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in data analytics or project engineering in a construction or EPC environment.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
