About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at JIO CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with heavy machinery.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
