About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Richibucto Food Services Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and quality.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and instruct team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
