About This Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Gatineau. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized treatment plans to clients with a variety of physical, cognitive, and developmental needs.
  • Assess client needs and develop goals based on their functional abilities and limitations.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • Educate clients and their families on strategies to manage their conditions and promote recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the relevant provincial regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
