Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at HyLand Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complexes, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to building systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
