The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment, and maintaining a high level of system reliability. They will play a pivotal role in automating processes, enhancing system performance, and ensuring a seamless deployment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure, including backups and access control.
  • Upgrade instances as required and manage AWS users, roles, and access controls.
  • Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for consistent, reliable, and stable testing and deployments.
  • Manage Jenkins and other CI environments, enhancing automated deployment processes.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring and instrumentation using Datadog or similar platforms.
  • Notify the development team about urgent issues and recommend improvements based on monitoring data.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments for web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in using CI tools such as Jenkins and Circle CI, with a focus on improving automated deployment processes.
  • Experience managing infrastructure for Java-based web applications and services.
  • Solid understanding of networking, protocols, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture and Git version control system.
  • Proficient in scripting languages commonly used in DevOps automation, such as Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
