Position: Dough Production Specialist at OK Frozen Dough

As a Dough Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the dough preparation process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Production Manager in the formulation of dough mixtures.
  • Adhering to established protocols for quality assurance and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding and complying with Food Safety and Plant Safety regulations.
  • Documenting ingredient lot numbers and ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly production environment.
  • Precisely measuring and incorporating ingredients into the mixing apparatus.
  • Overseeing the dough mixing process and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completing training for line worker responsibilities.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Being physically fit to lift weights up to 25kg repeatedly.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in computer usage, reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • Food Safety certification is advantageous; training will be provided.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, with a flexible schedule.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
