We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabinetmaker's Assistant at FINE ART KITCHEN CABINET LTD. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our cabinetmakers in the construction of high-quality kitchen cabinets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Supporting Tradespersons: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Site Preparation: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, following established procedures and guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist in recruiting and supporting newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, promoting their development and growth in the trade.
