Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between customers and our plant facilities or sales teams to resolve complex order issues.
- Monitor and enter incoming sales orders, creating accurate invoices and documentation.
- Respond to customer requests for various documentation, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Oversee and resolve customer service complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze metrics such as on-time delivery and order/product changes to drive continuous improvement.
- 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in large databases and data entry.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a strong numbers orientation and attention to detail, able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Degree or diploma in Business, with a strong understanding of shipments and associated documentation.
- Bilingual in French (written and oral) is considered an asset.
