Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in staff recruitment.
  • Organize and manage events such as buffets and banquets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
