About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic music instructor to lead our Early Years music classes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and educational music programs for infants, toddlers, and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate singing, instrument play, movement, and other musical activities.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a love for music and supports the developmental needs of young children.
  • Encourage caregiver participation and provide guidance on how they can engage musically with their child.
  • Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of children with varying abilities and developmental stages.
Requirements
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their caregivers in a group setting.
  • Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments, with a strong understanding of basic music theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children and their families.
