Job Title: Account Payable Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Payable Associate to join our team at 88 Supermarket Ltd. Key Responsibilities: * Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness * Prepare and process payments for invoices * Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy * Communicate with office and department managers to resolve invoice discrepancies * Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments * Resolve invoice issues and discrepancies * Track expenses and process expense reports * Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries * Monitor email and respond accordingly * Monitor online banking and pre-authorized payments * Monitor utilities billing and payment * Input daily sales and cashiers' cash float * Monitor monthly sales and COGS * Input general journal data entry * Communicate with customers as needed * Provide supporting documentation for auditing purposes * Assist with store events Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in accounting software Benefits: * Quarterly bonus * Extended health care * Staff point card * Flexible working hours Work Environment: * Full-time position * 35-40 hours per week * $18 per hour (negotiable) How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting, please submit your application to 88 Supermarket Ltd.
