Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ascertain the purpose of their visit, assist with check-in, and guide them to their destinations.
  • Occasionally manage a multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls while providing necessary information.
  • Conduct administrative support tasks such as data entry, proofreading, transcription, calculations, and invoicing.
  • Organize, expedite, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments and keep calendars updated.
  • Process payments and document receipts for services rendered.
  • Analyze data to address inquiries from employees, customers, suppliers, and the public.
  • Provide information about the company, including the locations of departments, offices, employees, and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and systems is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, are required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and effectively communicate with external parties, representing the organization positively.
  • Basic understanding of EECOL policies, systems, and procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes in workflow is important.
