Position Overview:

The Inbound Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing and documenting incoming shipments, managing freight operations, updating enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring the precision of documentation. This position is integral to the Supply Chain Department, emphasizing inbound logistics. Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in both official languages is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Supply Chain Department in daily operations.
  • Monitoring Purchase Orders and incoming shipments.
  • Keeping an updated record of pending orders.
  • Arranging receiving appointments.
  • Engaging with freight service providers and addressing any issues.
  • Preparing documentation for the Finance team.
  • Identifying discrepancies and providing guidance to buyers.
  • Collaborating with the Distribution Department.
  • Communicating with Customs Brokers and Trucking companies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain capacity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Understanding of ERP software systems.
  • CPIM Certification or in progress towards certification.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

  • On-site position.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range of $47,000 to $56,000, commensurate with experience.
