Salary: £45K - £60K

QED Legal LLP is presenting an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Senior Wills and Probate Solicitor to become part of a distinguished and reputable legal practice in Beaconsfield, Bucks.

This role has arisen due to an increase in workload within the private client department, providing a chance to engage with a well-respected regional firm and contribute to their thriving team.

Key Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal field.
  2. Proficiency in managing a diverse caseload, including Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
  3. Preferred Qualifications: A private client-specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE is advantageous, or actively pursuing such credentials.
