Role Responsibilities

As a General Labourer, your responsibilities will include:

Outdoor Operations: Successfully operate in outdoor settings, adapting to various weather conditions. Physical Tasks: Handle physically demanding responsibilities with confidence and a strong work ethic. Pallet Management: Evaluate, categorize, and manage pallets with accuracy and attention to detail. Tool Utilization: Operate pneumatic nail guns and other essential tools safely and effectively. Inventory Oversight: Follow and enforce proper inventory protocols, ensuring accurate documentation. Adaptability: Embrace additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset. Support Functions: Provide temporary or fill-in assistance for production or yard operations as required, ensuring seamless workflow across all areas.

Required Qualifications

Comprehension Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic instructions, ensuring tasks are performed accurately. Writing Skills: Capable of drafting simple memos and reports to facilitate effective communication. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities, enabling effective instruction and collaboration in small groups. Quality Control: Proven capability to execute essential duties in accordance with company standards, maintaining high quality and consistency. Machinery Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in operating various machinery, including forklifts, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage and resolve issues as they arise.
