The Pillar Nonprofit Network is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to manage maintenance and capital projects for our organization. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the management of projects for our infrastructure.
About the Role- Manage maintenance and capital projects for our infrastructure
- Participate in the operation of our project management systems
- Provide technical support to other functions within our organization
- Respond to emergency calls and undertake duties under emergency situations
- Degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Engineering, specializing in Civil or Water Resources
- Three (3) years' of applied experience in project management, including construction/maintenance of infrastructure, computer modeling of systems, and knowledge of project management software
- Thorough knowledge of computer software packages, particularly with various project management and modeling programs
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other project management software
- Strong skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with diverse stakeholder groups
- Competitive hourly rate
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
