Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of service.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Guest Services: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
