- Develop and implement business plans that address priorities, challenges, and objectives, and monitor results to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with members and clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage a team dedicated to members and clients, overseeing employees' skills development and ensuring high-quality service.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing advisory services and specific recommendations that take the needs of members and clients into account.
- Implement and monitor action plans to achieve target results, and put in place management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy, and change management.
- Develop and implement a competitive, profitable service offer for your sector, incorporating partnerships with other components to provide an exceptional member/client experience.
- Ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes, and boost profitability.
- Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization's roots in the community.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
- Registration as Registered Representative.
- Knowledge of French is required.
