We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable In-Home Support Workers to join our team in the Goulds area. As an In-Home Support Worker, you will provide essential support and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Assist with medication reminders, ensuring clients adhere to their prescribed regimens (under the guidance of a registered nurse).
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with household tasks, creating a comfortable and safe living environment.
  • Prioritize client safety and well-being, responding promptly to any needs or concerns.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
  • A clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check are essential for this role.
