We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at 1831894 Alberta LTD. as a key member of our creative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications materials that meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet client needs
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
  • Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in graphic design
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field
  • Proficiency in Unity3D, AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours
