At Choice Janitorial Service Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance, and ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment, and prepare cost estimates for cleaning projects.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
