Maintenance Mechanic

Cultures Quinto inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, repairing or replacing defective parts, and fabricating parts required during overhaul or maintenance.
- Welding and Fabrication: Utilize welding techniques such as flux core arc welding (FCAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW) to fabricate parts and repair equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate machining tools, hoisting and lifting equipment, and other machinery to perform tasks such as machine set-up and repair.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and make adjustments as needed.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a maintenance or equipment-related role
- Language: Fluency in French
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and any required certifications for the role
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and physical demands. The role will require the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
