Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures for catering services, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of food and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and clients.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our catering services to potential clients.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
