Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Ensure quality control of food and service to meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week of work, with opportunities for overtime.
