In collaboration with the Program Team Manager, the Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care to individuals with intricate health requirements. Key responsibilities encompass delivering independent nursing services, administering medical treatments, guiding the healthcare team, and overseeing patient care and discharge processes.

Professional Experience

  • Recent experience in acute nursing settings is mandatory.

Orientation

Orientation to various departments will be conducted at the discretion of the employer.

Educational Background

  • Completion of a Registered Nursing education program is essential.

Licensure and Certification

  • Current registration with the CRNM is required.
  • Active involvement in professional organizations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM), is preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of the scope of practice as outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
