Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Victoria House Retirement Home. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or well-being
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
