- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Educate patients on strategies to manage pain, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, kinesiologists, massage therapists, physicians, and psychologists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic charting systems.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.
- Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Previous experience treating clients with physical and mental health conditions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
