About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tiger Sugar. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Operate an electronic cash register, handle customer transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation: Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and appliances.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
