Our menu features an array of options including burgers, tacos, poutines, tartares, and an assortment of appetizers, signature cocktails, and indulgent desserts, all set in a unique and lively environment. About PAL+:
PAL+ is dedicated to crafting genuine tourism experiences in the Eastern Townships. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of 7 establishments in Magog, Orford, and Sherbrooke, including Espace 4 Saisons, Hôtel Versō, Bistro 4 Saisons, Burger Pub, Bistro Kóz, OMG Resto, and the boat Le Grand Cru d'Escapades Memphrémagog.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and uphold kitchen and organizational standards;
- Oversee all culinary operations and collaborate with the head chef on unique menu offerings;
- Conduct routine inspections of workspaces to ensure adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, health, and safety regulations;
- Assist the head chef in food preparation;
- Coordinate service and setup activities;
- Manage orders with suppliers;
- Contribute to menu development;
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment;
- Monitor refrigeration temperatures;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a professional studies diploma (DEP) in culinary arts;
- Training in hygiene and sanitation (preferred);
- Relevant experience in a kitchen management role;
- Exceptional manual dexterity;
- Ability to thrive under pressure;
- Self-motivated;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
