The Role:

We are seeking a remarkable Bilingual Investment Representative to enhance our Contact Centre team. In this role, you will be pivotal in facilitating financial empowerment for Canadians by delivering exceptional service that is informative, supportive, and timely.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels regarding Qtrade Direct Investing products and services in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage order flow for online trading from self-directed clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing issues and complaints by conducting thorough investigations and following up appropriately.
  • Stay informed about market trends and news that may influence clients' investment decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting enhancements to processes.
  • Understand and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, adapting to market fluctuations and client demands.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Post-secondary education in business or economics is preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is mandatory.
  • Three years of relevant experience in the financial services sector is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work hours.
