Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting, and bending
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be working in a noisy and hot environment, and you must be able to work under pressure to meet the demands of the job.
