Accounting Manager Job Description

Pathfind is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supervising the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including Epicor Prophet21 software.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on financial matters.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
Requirements:
  • CPA or comparable accounting designation.
  • 3 years of related professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and mentoring an accounting team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
