About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to join our team at Heidi Seidman. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in a loving and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a smooth and organized daily routine.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals to the children.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, ensuring a tidy and well-maintained environment.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being and growth.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, providing a fun and engaging experience.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic growth and development.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a non-smoking and scent-free work environment, with a focus on providing a safe and healthy space for the children.

Language

The primary language spoken in the household is English, and the ideal candidate will be fluent in this language.

Work Schedule

The Nanny will work 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
