We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Director to join our Data and Analytics team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of multiple projects across our internal projects, including infrastructure and data architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a variety of disciplines, including Data architects, product managers, software developers, QA, Analysts, and other partners.
- Develop and maintain project key performance indicators that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
- Identify resourcing needs and proactively manage risks.
- Work with our partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to quality, and within budget.
- Be an engagement manager with partners by understanding their needs and helping build a foundation for successful engagement.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with internal or external stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience managing large programs in a distributed team environment.
- Experience managing Technical project managers.
- Experience working with teams, valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and a hunger for learning new techniques.
