Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health Care Aide Instructor to join our team. This full-time ongoing position will involve delivering engaging instruction in classroom, laboratory, and workplace settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive instruction to students in a variety of learning environments.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with program objectives.
  • Assess student learning through various methods, including exams, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse designation.
  • Eligibility for registration with CLPNA, CPRNA, or CARNA.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience in continuing care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
