Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer at Time Education Inc. will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff.

  • Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Implement financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
