Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to our leadership team and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all HR positions and ensure that all hiring decisions are fair and unbiased.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Manage and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • CHRL or SPHR certification is an asset.
  • Bi-lingual (French/English) is a strong asset.
